Situated amidst a mature landscape setting, the garden design focused on a modern direction complete with a pavilion, herb garden and privacy screens and frames to define the property and enhance views of the wooded backdrop. A combination of geometries and the juxtaposition of forms and selective materials establish distinct outdoor rooms. The pavilion anchors the garden with skewed screen frames and pergola expanding its scale and presence. Yew hedges separate the perennial gardens from the herb garden composed of metal tubs set in pea stone. The shifting architectural elements contrast with the textural ever-changing gardens creating a dynamic oasis for all seasons.
